- No more premium prices for center aisles as traffic will flow from multiple directions; many exhibitors will save money
- New configurations include 20 x 20 islands
- Island booths may have overhead signage
- More activities to draw and keep attendees on the Level 4 exhibit floor as the hub of the meeting, including:
- More food and beverage choices
- More lounge/networking/table space
- Late-afternoon All Posters sessions with snacks and cash bar
- Shorter days and later starts: Exhibitors will have more time to meet with attendees in networking areas on Level 4 of the Convention Center
- Meeting booths: An option for companies who have no products or services to exhibit in the U.S. market, but who are interested in meeting with attendees

Exhibit fees are not provided, directly or indirectly, to physicians, private physician practice groups, or other healthcare professionals, or any other “covered recipient” as that term is defined in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Exhibit fees are not applied to underwrite or otherwise support a specific educational program or independent medical education activity.
