Imaging Registration Fees

Conference registration includes conference materials, coffee service and lunch. Continuing Medical Education credits will not be available.
Registrants with questions regarding dietary and auxiliary requirements should contact email@example.com. Prior notification, at least three weeks before the date of the meeting, is needed to ensure that arrangements can be made ahead of the registrant’s arrival. This meeting is accessible to everyone.
Refund policy: A written request must be received by 5pm U.S. Eastern on April 28, 2017 in order to receive a refund of the paid registration fee, less an administrative fee $40 ($20 student). No refund will be given after April 28, 2017.
ARVO is proud to welcome international attendees to the Imaging Conference. We recognize the difficulties that can arise in securing appropriate documentation to attend the meeting. We will work with you to help make this process as smooth as possible. If you should be denied a visa to attend the meeting, your registration fees will be refunded in full with proper documentation.
