ARVO Leadership Development for Women Pilot Program
Are you an early career female scientist seeking leadership development in eye and vision science and ARVO? Or are you a senior ARVO member with volunteer leadership experience and a passion for developing future female leaders in ARVO?

The pilot program requires a year-long commitment, April 2018 – May 2019. This program will not include supervision or collaboration in science.
