    Tickets, tables and sponsorships The 10th Annual WEAVR Luncheon is sold out! Tickets are not available for purchase onsite at the ARVO 2018 Annual Meeting.  Check in process: Guests who purchased individual tickets: Your ARVO meeting badge is your ticket to attend. Your badge will be scanned for entry. You may sit at any of the tables labeled "open seating." Guests of sponsored tables: Please check in at the registration tables when you arrive to receive your seating assignment.

    ARVO Foundation travel grants In 2002, the ARVO Foundation established and awarded its first travel grants. As of 2018, the Foundation has supported travel expenses for over 1,000 young researchers from around the world to report their work at the ARVO Annual Meeting. The Foundation currently offers 30 named travel grants that support over 180 researchers annually. Travel grants are awarded based on abstracts submitted to the ARVO Annual Meeting.
