Login credentials will be sent to registrants one week prior to the event. Only one login per credentials will be permitted.
Cancellation and refund policy
The deadline for refund requests is Monday, May 14. Registration fees will be refunded for the amount paid, less a $20 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received in the ARVO office after Monday, May 14, 2018. All cancellations must be sent in writing to ARVO: 1801 Rockville Pike, Suite 400, Rockville, MD 20852, or by emailing email@example.com.
The WebEx service to be used for this event includes a feature that allows audio and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the session to be recorded. By joining this session, you automatically consent to such recordings. If you do not consent to the recording, discuss your concerns with ARVO prior to the start of the recording or do not join the session.
