Cancellations and refund policy:
The deadline for refund requests is Friday, July 6, 2018. Registration fees will be refunded for the amount paid, less a $40 administrative fee ($20 for students). No refunds will be given for cancellations received in the ARVO office after July 6, 2018. All cancellations must be sent in writing to ARVO: 1801 Rockville Pike, Suite 400, Rockville, MD 20852, or by emailing email@example.com.

To request an invitation letter, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your full name and address to which the letter should be sent.
By attending the Ocular Oncogenesis and Oncology Conference, attendees agree to allow their names, likenesses and images either in audio, photographic or video format recorded onsite to be used by ARVO and the ARVO Foundation for Eye Research for education and promotional purposes.

ARVO has confirmed hotel blocks at the following hotels for conference attendees. Bookings and payments of these rooms are the responsibility of the attendee. We suggest booking your hotel early, as hotel availablity may decrease closer to the meeting. Attendees are not required to stay at the following hotels.
