All sessions are presented live virtually. Conference registrants will have access to session recordings through Friday, March 1.

Résumé review sessions (included with registration)

• Jan. 31 — 2 - 3pm EST
• Feb. 1 — 8 - 9am EST

Registrants for the 2024 Advance Conference are eligible to attend a 15-minute virtual session with an experienced member to obtain personalized feedback about their CV/résumé. Limited spots are available and awarded by sign-up date. Registrants are matched with reviewers by career path (Industry, Basic Science, Clinical Science). 

Key dates

• Jan. 12 — Last day to sign up for a review session
• Jan. 19 — CV/Résumé due*
• Jan. 24 — Appointment instructions sent

*If your CV/résumé is not received by Jan. 19, the review session will have to be canceled. Late submissions cannot be accepted.
