Virtual Exhibitor Registration

The online portal for virtual exhibitors to register is now open.

Click the 'Register now' button above to register your virtual booth staff. User name is the email address of the main company contact who recieved the virtual registration email. You will need to click "Setup/Forgot Password" to set up your own password. You may then register your virtual booth staff.

Badge information  
  • All companies will receive 8 booth staff registrations for their virtual meeting booth, regardless of the size of your in-person booth. Every virtual booth is the same size and includes the same amenities.
  • The virtual booth exhibitor registration system is separate from the in-person booth registration system. Each company must register their booth staff in both places. You may use the same or different booth staff for in-person and virtual booths.
  • Each virtual booth staff registered will receive access to the virtual meeting website on April 4

It is the responsibility of the authorized individual signing the exhibit space application to inform all company personnel of the rules and regulations contained in the Exhibit Prospectus.
