The 2021 Annual Meeting will be presented in a virtual format. All paper and poster presentations will be available to the public when the Annual Meeting Virtual Platform launches on Saturday, May 1 at 6:45am and will remain available until the site closes on June 30. All presenter files will be available for attendees to download, including poster files.
All presenters are required to register for the meeting and upload their presentation by April 16 at 11:59pm EDT. Please refer to our full policy for additional details: First Author Registration and Upload Policy
If presenters are unable to meet the April 16 upload deadline, they should follow our Abstract Withdrawal Policy.
We encourage presenters to be available during their session times, but it is not a requirement as we understand that time zone differences and the current pandemic have put a strain on schedules. Presenters will still be able to respond to chat and direct messages until the site closes. Changes to your scheduled presentation type or time cannot be made. You do not need to notify ARVO if you cannot be present at your scheduled presentation time.

Special Interest Groups (SIGs)
All SIG participants are required to register for the meeting to access the Virtual Meeting Platform. SIG organizers will collect any presentation materials. Contact your organizer with questions. Additional details on SIGs will be communicated to the organizers as the meeting approaches.
