Enjoy a fantastic evening of exploration at one of the largest air and space museums in the world! Attendees will have access to the entire museum ― home to over 175 aircraft and spacecraft, countless artifacts, historical photographs, plus fun interactive exhibits and simulator experiences like Spacequest VR. Tickets are going fast! It is highly recommended that you purchase your ticket(s) prior to arriving in Seattle.

Tickets

$40 ― includes wristband for admission, shuttle to/from event, two drinks, appetizers and dessert

Purchase online

• Purchase ticket(s) online when you register for the Annual Meeting

• Registered already? You may add tickets to your current registration

• Tickets purchased online may be cancelled and refunded up to April 26

• If you purchase your ticket(s) in advance online, collect your wristband:
  • May 4 & May 5 ― At the ARVO Social Wristband Pickup booth in the Atrium Lobby (Level 4, Seattle Convention Center - Arch Building)
  • May 5 ― At ARVO Central (Level 4, Seattle Convention Center - Arch Building)

Purchase at ARVO 2024

• Tickets may be purchased on site at the Annual Meeting on the following dates, depending upon availability:
  • May 4 ― At the Information/Ticket Sales booth in the Atrium Lobby (Level 4, Seattle Convention Center - Arch Building)
  • May 5 ― At ARVO Central (Level 4, Seattle Convention Center - Arch Building)

• Tickets purchased on site are non-refundable

• Wristband will be distributed with purchase

NOTE: No tickets will be sold at The Museum of Flight

Shuttles - May 5

From 6:50 - 11pm, shuttles will be operating on a loop from the following locations in downtown Seattle to/from The Museum of Flight.

• Seattle Convention Center - Arch Building (by Pike Street entrance)
• Sheraton Grand Seattle
• Hyatt Regency Seattle
• Westin Seattle

If you purchase your ticket(s) before April 26, you will receive priority boarding for the shuttles.

NOTE: Please do not board a shuttle without your event wristband, which is required to enter the Sunday Social.

• A late wristband pickup desk will be available at the Convention Center ONLY (in the Pike Street Lobby - Arch Building)

• No wristbands will be available at the shuttle pickup spots at hotels.
  • If you need to collect a wristband, please head to the Convention Center (under a 10-minute walk from all hotels listed above).
  • Once you have a wristband, you can take the shuttle from the Convention Center to The Museum of Flight.
