Key dates for 2024 Imaging abstracts

Abstract submissions closed Feb. 9

The Imaging Conference Program Committee is seeking high-quality abstracts describing original research results. The abstract must be work that has not been submitted for publication or preprint server before the abstract submission deadline of Feb. 9. After the abstract submission deadline of Feb. 9, an author is at liberty to submit their abstract to a journal for formal publication or to a preprint server.

All accepted abstracts will be assigned to either a paper (oral) or poster presentation session at the Imaging Conference Program Committee members' discretion. Abstracts accepted for presentation will be published as submitted.

NOTE:
- Abstracts accepted for the current ARVO Annual Meeting cannot be submitted for the Imaging Conference as well.

- All accepted abstracts will be published in the IOVS journal in late summer 2024.

First Authors of accepted abstracts will be required to register and pay the full meeting registration fee and present their abstract.

All questions must include the abstract Control ID# and the first/last name of the First Author and should be directed to imaging@arvo.org.
