Meet Revathy Mani, PhD, 2022 - 2023 alum of the ARVO Women's Leadership Development Program (WLDP). Designed for emerging women leaders within the Association, WLDP focuses on developing participants' leadership skills, facilitating leadership opportunities and networking within ARVO. Each individual is paired with a mentor as well for guidance and support throughout this one-year, highly interactive program.
